Substitution Policy

With some arrangements, the photo you see may be a representation of an overarching theme or design style for your selected piece. It may also be displayed in a custom or unique vase, which cannot be exactly duplicated.

When this happens, the product you receive might not perfectly match the photo of the product you selected, but will be a close replica and will feature your selected arrangement’s same temperament and instructions for care. These substitutions are made for a variety of reasons, like weather, what’s in season, and availability—but are always made to match or exceed the value of the original floral selection.

Because of this, we encourage you to let us know when any of the specific elements of your product are of great importance, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. We will look for your special instructions at checkout, or via our contact form.
