San Diego Blooms – Quick Guide
• Fresh Flowers & Substitutions
We use the freshest seasonal blooms available. If certain flowers are unavailable, we may substitute with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette.
• Final Sale
All floral orders are final due to the perishable nature of flowers. Concerns about quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for review or replacement.
• Cancellations
Cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Event orders require at least 1 week’s notice for changes or cancellations.
• Merchandise
Non-floral merchandise may be returned for store credit or exchange within 5 days if unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. All merchandise is sold as-is without warranty.
• Deliveries
Standard deliveries arrive between 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Same-day orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. Delivery fees vary by distance; priority delivery windows are available for an additional fee. We do not deliver on Sundays. If an address is inaccessible or undeliverable, redelivery can be arranged with an additional fee.
• Liability
Once flowers are delivered, San Diego Blooms is not responsible for damages caused by weather, handling, or recipient unavailability. We are not liable for allergic reactions or improper care after delivery.
• Unforeseen Events
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, emergencies), payments will be refunded in full, excluding non-refundable deposits.
