Terms of Service and Waiver of Liability

At San Diego Blooms, we take pride in delivering fresh, one-of-a-kind floral designs and curated merchandise. To ensure clarity, please review the following policies before placing your order.

Flower Substitutions

 

 

 

Because flowers are seasonal and subject to availability, substitutions may be made if specific stems are unavailable or not of suitable quality.

  • Substitutions will always maintain the arrangement’s style and color palette, using blooms of equal or greater value.
  • All flower orders are final. Once an arrangement has been delivered, San Diego Blooms is not responsible for damages caused by weather, transit, or handling beyond our care.

Cancellations & Event Orders

  • Cancellations or modifications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible.
  • For event orders, at least one week’s notice is required for changes or cancellation's

Merchandise

  • Merchandise(hard products) may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 5 days, with proof of purchase.
  • Items must be in original packaging and perfect condition.
  • All merchandise is sold as-is, without warranties or guarantees.

 

Deliveries

 

  • Same-day delivery orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. in the recipient’s time zone. Orders placed later will be delivered the next business day.
  • We do not deliver on Sundays; Sunday orders will be delivered the following business day.
  • Delivery fees vary by address and zone.

Undeliverable or Rejected Deliveries

  • If our driver cannot access the address, they will attempt to contact the customer and recipient. Drivers wait up to 5 minutes before moving on.
  • If redelivery is requested, a new fee will apply: $25 (Zone 1), $30 (Zone 2), $40(Zone 3).
  • If no contact is made within 2 days, the order will be considered forfeited.
  • If a recipient refuses delivery, no refund will be issued.

Non-Delivery Claims

  • If you believe an order was not delivered, please allow 24–48 hours for investigation.
  • Verified non-deliveries will be refunded in full. Claims we cannot substantiate may be denied.

Quality Guarantee

  • Concerns about flower quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement.
  • Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for claims made after this timeframe or for improper care after delivery.
