As a local San Diego native and naval officer’s daughter, I’m proud to design high-end, sustainable floral arrangements for our community and military families. Every creation is inspired by the loving memory of my sister and shaped by our commitment to mental health, compassion, and meaningful, artful design.

    Floral Designer & Founder of San Diego Blooms

    Penny Vincent launched San Diego Blooms in 2024 after discovering a deep passion for floral design while working as a florist at a local market. What began as a creative outlet soon grew into client work, special events, and ultimately the opening of her own flower shop.

    Inspired by a dream she once shared with her sister, Penny creates natural, free-flowing arrangements that celebrate connection, beauty, and meaningful moments. She believes flowers have the power to lift spirits, bring people together, and make everyday occasions feel special.
