    We’re a wild-hearted bunch — with flower-stained hands and big dreams. Around here, we believe in beauty with purpose, in honoring the Earth, and in nurturing our bodies and spirits like the sacred gardens they are.

    The Blooms are more than a team — we’re family. The kind you’re born into, and the kind you find along the way. We show up for each other with open hearts and arms, always ready to create, support, and grow together.

    We’re artists, nature-lovers, and joy-makers. We sing while we work (off-key, of course), celebrate small wins, and lean on each other when life gets messy.

    Family is everything — ours, yours, the four-legged ones too. We believe in connection, in community, and in the magic that happens when people care for one another deeply. Because blooming isn’t a race — it’s a rhythm. And we’re all in it, together!

  • Penny Vincent

    Founder & Floral Designer, San Diego Blooms

    Escondido, California

    Penny Vincent is the founder and lead floral designer behind San Diego Blooms, a boutique flower studio based in Escondido, California. She launched the business in 2024 as a creative tribute to her sister and a joyful expression of community, nature, and artistry.

    Before pursuing floral design full time, Penny built a successful career in the financial services industry, where she earned the prestigious Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) credential. She lead several major Companies in Operations and Compliance Management. She served as a Regional Operations Manager at NVR Company, where she was recognized with a “Regional Manager of the Year” award in her first year—an early testament to her leadership, attention to detail, and drive for excellence.

    A proud military daughter and “Navy Brat,” Penny was raised in a home shaped by service and resilience. Her father, a decorated Navy SEAL and Master Chief Petty Officer, instilled in her the values of hard work, humility, and grit—principles that now shape the ethos of her floral studio.

    At San Diego Blooms, Penny creates nature-inspired arrangements that are as soulful as they are artful, marked by an organic, free-flowing style. She also leads community workshops, collaborates with local nonprofits, and champions mental health and environmental causes through her work.

    Penny’s journey from compliance to creativity is a living reminder that it’s never too late to bloom.
